Well because I play basketball and I went to a basketball camp at VCU during the summer of 1994 I won this watch in some competitions. VCU hosted the 1994 NCAA Women’s Basketball Championships in 1994 that North Carolina Tarheels won.
This watch is a collectible even though deterioration is occurring. The watch includes a white band that I doubt is leather but maybe it could be. The dial is purple with the 1994 NCAA Womens Basketball Final Four logo. At the bottom it has the city Richmond.
The watch is automatic wounded and the crystal is flat. The gold plate surrounding is a bit corrupt and it includes indentions or ridge cuts.
I was happy to receive this watch as a teenager and especially to win it in a package was cool also. The battery watch size is the standard size for most watches.
I have taken the battery out of this one to keep it as a collectible and it isn’t in my normal day use at all. I believe I wore it very few times and the quality of the watch shows. Normally with a cheap gold plate watch such as this, I put clear fingernail polish to keep it fresh and seal it a little.
Note: Lost files — Server from old hosting lost my work. I will post watch soon!
